I had a beautiful lady named Sarah who came to me at Christmas time 2013 from a well-crafted advertisement in the newspaper. I had no idea who she was or that she was a wealthy businesswoman.

Debbie was SUPER nervous as she had never had a massage before, and she wasn’t comfortable with the idea of stripping down and getting on the massage table. After her first treatment, her mind was put at ease, and we rebooked her. She began coming once a month, then once a fortnight and then once a week!

Within a few months she was spending over $600 per month! She became so comfortable at my home in my business that she moved all her beauty services to us.

As a result of this, we became VERY close. I know all about her family, I have had drinks at her stunning home on the lake, and she is still today my highest spending customer who refers people to me from everywhere!

Your goal is to help your clients to feel “the 4 connection emotions”: Trust, Safety, Admiration and Happiness when they are with us.

Creating these connection emotions will promote feelings of: Joy, Serenity, Hope, Gratitude, Confidence, Enthusiasm & Satisfaction. Every time they have a treatment with you, you will be creating an even more unbreakable bond!

This is when you will have a client base full of people who are in LOVE with how they feel in your clinic and will NEVER leave.
