Rebooking using Memberships..

The first time I released a membership for my Salon was in 2013 – I needed more upfront cash flow into my business as we wanted to buy our first home and we needed a BIG deposit..

I needed to take serious and different action sooooo I went all out with a membership. I decided I would post a letter with the special to all of my clients (a LOT of letters). There were several late nights and a room full of letters and envelopes.. lucky I called in some favours and had help from my Mum and partner 😉

The letters went out and very quickly the emails and calls started coming in, to my surprise everyone wanted the BIG membership.. I thought $600 was a lot to fork out, however my clients saw massive value in my offer and jumped on board!

During the 2 days that the memberships were available I made $8000 and had a group of loyal clients locked into treatments with me for the next 6 months!!

Using memberships are a BRILLIANT way to secure your clients longevity with your business. Having a membership promotes clients to spend more, experiment more with their treatments and keeps them coming back and forming a strong bond with your business!

People LOVE having memberships as they have access to membership only specials, Christmas and birthday surprises and Gold members get a more upper class service.
